Preparation Steps of Punjabi Malai Paneer recipe | Indian Paneer recipes


  1. First cut cheese into long pieces and finely chopped onions, tomatoes.
  2. Heat oil in cooking pan. Once oil is sufficiently hot add cashews, cloves, bay leaf, kashmiri chilli, ginger garlic paste and cardamom, Heat it till 3-4 Minutes.
  3. Add finely chopped tomatoes and onions and heat it for another 8-10 minutes, once this is done put this mixture in bowl and let it cool off. Then grind this mixture in blender till it is of equal consistency. Now gravy is ready.
  4. Then heat oil in cooking pan add cumin seeds, gravy, pieces of paneer.
  5. Let it simmer for approximately 10 minutes with close lid.
  6. Garnish it with milk cream and coriander.
