  2. Finely chop 1 small cucumber.
  3. Soak the moong dal for 5 hours. Preferable overnight!
  4. Into a bowl, add in the finely chopped cucumbers, grated carrots, salt (to taste) and coriander.
  5. Mix well.
  6. Serve either cold or at room temperature.
