The recipe which I am going to share with you is very popular Indian vegetable preparation.  This is Simplest preparation of Lady finger which is very easy to make. This recipe is ideal for bachelors who want to cook it quick and eat healthy.

Preparation Steps of LADYFINGER RECIPE| How to make Bhindi ki Sabji


  1. Heat oil in a cooking pan, add the fenugreek seeds.
  2. Once  fenugreek seeds start cracking add chopped onions, chopped green chillies and cook until onion turn golden brown
  3. Now add the coriander powder, Garam masala, salt(Premade mix of indian spices), chopped lady fingers. Heat them at low flame, this would preserve the taste and flavour of Lady fingerS. Do not forget to put the lid on cooking pan.
  4. Remove the lid after 10 - 15 minutes and add salt and mix it well.
  5. You could add dry mango powder also for extra taste.
  6. Your Bhindi ki Sabji is ready.
