INTRODUCING KETO DIETS

Keto is the short form of ‘Ketogenic”. The main aim of this diet is to induce the process of ketosis in the body. This process produces ketones which are critical to enhancing the overall body functions. These ketones are produced only when one consumes low carbs and high proteins.
Strictly avoid the consumption of grains, sugar, fruits (apples and bananas), and tubers (like potatoes). This directly results in an acne-free skin, maintains blood pressure and cholesterol and also effectively regulates the menstrual cycle in women.

INTRODUCING CHICKEN NUGGETS

A chicken nugget is a chicken product made from chicken meat that is breaded or battered, then deep-fried or baked. Fast food restaurants usually fry their nuggets in vegetable oil.
The chicken nugget was invented in the 1950s by Robert C. Baker, a food science professor at Cornell University. This bite-sized piece of chicken, coated in batter and then deep fried was called the “Chicken Crispie” by Baker and his associates.
The chicken nugget is one such flexible dish that can be altered as per preference.

Steps

  1. Blitz the chicken, salt, pepper, taco seasoning, onion powder, paprika, turmeric and garam masala in a food processor to make a fine mince.
  2. Transfer it into a bowl.
  3. Get your hands nice and wet.
  4. And begin shaping your chicken nuggets.
  5. Ideally, the Nuggets should be small and bite-size for best results. But it is completely up to you.
  6. Put the shaped chicken nuggets into the refrigerator to chill and harden into a firm shape.
  7. Crack an egg into a plate and season it with salt and pepper and whisk well.
  8. Fill another plate with psyllium husk.
  9. After 2 hours in the refrigerator and 1 hour in the freezer, coat the nugget in egg and then in the husk. Repeat until all nuggets are coated and set aside. For a crispier nugget, double coat eats nugget.
  10. Deep fry all the coated nuggets in hot olive oil. Make sure to fry them in low to medium flame for a better result.
  11. Cook until golden brown and serve with mayonnaise.
