- Beat the egg and keep it aside

- Now, take a mixing bowl, add beaten egg, flour, shredded mozaarella and a pinch of salt. Mix them all well until a consistent mixture is formed

- Put the bowl with mixed up ingredients in a refrigerator for an hour so that it gets well set

- Take the mixture out of the refrigerator and roll into small balls

- Roll the balls in flour and fry them in oil on high flame until they turn golden brown.
