Coconut Rava Paak is an Indian Sweet which is very easy to make & which has existed since several decades. One can make this rava paak on any occasion or festival as it is not a festival specific sweet. Rava paak is also a typical food that is made as an item to pack for long-distance travel, as this sweet well-serves as a snack. This sweet food is relatively healthy, because, unlike most of the sweet dishes, rava paak is not deep-fried. Try out this delicious sweet to tickle your taste buds. Preparation Steps of Coconut Rava Paak Yummy Delectable Sweet


Method:

  • Take a pan (Mukudu) & place it on stove
  • Add 4 tsp ghee in the pan & heat it
  • Once it is hot, add badam & fry it & remove from the pan
  • In the same pan, add suji & fry it till it appears in lite brown colour
  • Take another pan & pour boiled milk & sugar
  • Boil till bubbles are seen (Theega paakam)
  • Sim the stove
  • Mean while, spread some ghee in a plate & keep it ready
  • Add balance ghee, ilaichi powder, kaaju powder, dry coconut powder & suji immediately one by one very fast & mix it thoroughly
  • Switch off the stove & immediately pour this item in ghee plate & spread it
  • Place badam pieces in sequence on the paste & cut the paste into pieces of required sizes before it becomes cool (Should cut into pieces when the item is warm)
  • Tasty, delicious & hygienic Rava Paak is ready.

**Alternatively Kaaju & badam can be exchanged & even raisins (dried grapes) can be used.
