You might come across Mimosa recipes that say you could use any sparkling whine wine. NO WAY! For the best Momosa, only use Brut champagne and orange juice only, no other citrus fruit juices.
1. Take 10 champagne flutes and fill with champagne to half of the glasses
2. Now pour orange juice to fill the rest of the glasses
3. Top it up with 1 teaspoon of Grand Marnier
Garnish with a strawberry half and serve it to your guests!
