WHAT IS KETO DIET?
Ketogenic diets focus on enhancing the process of Ketosis. Ketosis is a natural process wherein the body pledges to help you survive when the food intake is low. Usually, a shake (or a milkshake) includes milk as its primary ingredient. Since on a keto diet, the best milk to be included as a part of your diet is either almond milk or coconut milk. These two kinds of milk are high on protein and have 0 to very low counts of carbs.

Many may prefer the strong coconut flavour that comes from the coconut oil whereas the others may not prefer the addition and thickness of the chia seeds. Although both these ingredients are amazing to be a part of your keto diet, be comfortable with your quantities.
