Preparation Steps of Aloe-Vera Smoothie


  1. Add all the ingredients in the blender until a smooth consistency is achieved.
  2. You can add coconut shreds, flaxseeds or chia seeds to increase the nutrient value.
  3. You can also add whey protien of your choice.
